Refund Policy

 Prolific Training & Protection does not provide refunds for any of our listed classes!

Cancellation requests must be made via email (info4prolifictraining@gmail.com) 24 hours prior to the start of the class for a new date. Failure to provide proper notice within the time frame listed above will forfeit your payment. All of our classes that are listed are entitled to one rescheduling date, free of charge. Any additional rescheduling dates will require a rescheduling fee of 50% of the original balance paid at checkout. There are no additional rescheduling dates permitted after two attempts. 

There is no refund for any student who is marked as unsuccessful for completion of the class, which includes failed exams, failed assignments that do not meet the requirements for completion and missed dates that do not meet the minimum requirements of attendance for completed classes.

Students who fail any exams for the Fire Safety classes

(F-89/F-80) will be given one additional chance to take the exam on another scheduled date. Two failed attempts for the exam will result in the student taking the entire course over, where full payment will be required.

At Prolific Training & Protection LLC, YOUR PRIVACY is considered as very important. Any information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold to outside vendors.

On time means the participant must arrive at the class no later than the start time of the class listed in the course description. A 15-minute grace period will be given for all classes listed by Prolific Training & Protection. Any student who arrives after the grace period of 15 minutes will be required to reschedule for another date, following the guidelines listed above for two maximum rescheduling attempts. The purchaser agrees that no refund will be provided if a participant arrives past the 15-minute grace period. Prior training, experience, or any previous certifications do not substitute classroom sessions.

We require a safe and positive learning environment, where everyone can co-exist, be respected, and their thoughts validated!

There will be no cell phone usage during the class. All cell phones must be kept on silent on vibrate. Students may step away briefly for any emergency calls.

Any student who repeatedly falls asleep will be given three warnings and removed from class. Any student who uses profanity, makes disrespectful or discriminating comments to other students or is disruptive to the other students will be removed from the class session and issued a refund of 50% of the original payment made by the purchaser.

Dress Code – May be comfortable, but neat, conservative, and appropriate please.
