Our founder, Andy Novembre has over 12 years of experience as Fire and Life Safety Professional, starting out as a security officer, and elevating to a Fire & Life Safety Director. As a Fire & Life Safety Director, Andy conducted record keeping and inspections on testing and repairs for building management systems. He managed alarm systems and water distribution systems for emergency response in high end buildings in Midtown Manhattan, High end hotels, and Weill Cornell Medical Center. Andy also supervised teams of security officers, conducted emergency response training for building occupants and security officers on duty. As an instructor, Andy certified over 6,000 working professionals to date ranging from CPR, Security, and FDNY accredited classes.
